Is there parking?

Yes, there is free parking off roads near Nevill Street.
There’s 2 hrs of free parking in bays nearby.

Alternatively, there’s parking available in Linden Car Park, or The Pantiles Car Park. 

What are the payment options?

We request a 50% part payment to secure and order your dress. This payment will ensure your dress goes into production. It is a non-refundable payment and details surrounding your purchase can be found in our terms and conditions. 

When your dress arrives in store we will notify you immediately. At this moment in time, we ask the remaining balance is paid prior to collection. 

How soon should I visit?

Booking your bridal appointment early is always a good idea. Consider scheduling your appointment 9-12 months prior to your big day. Once your dress arrives you will also need time for alterations. We can recommend local seamstresses. We do not offer an in-house service.

Who should visit with me?

Our boutique is exclusively available to brides and their guests for the duration of your appointment. Our personal and private space offers a comfortable seating area, cold drinks available on request alongside the use of a WC. We kindly ask our brides to limit their guest numbers to three individuals.

What is the price range?

What sizes are your samples?

We have samples in a variety of sizes. Often brides try on samples which are either too big or slightly small. This is usual as we can pin you in. 

Our dresses are mostly sizes 12, 14, and 16 UK. 

What can I expect during my appointment?

You will be supported by our bridal consultant. Your visit should feel relaxed, fun and most importantly led by you. As a bride we understand that you are the expert of your own vision. Let us assist you with finding your perfect dress. These moments are memorable and should be unforgettable for all the right reasons! This is paramount. So let’s try on that dress!
